Graduate Program in Mechatronics Engineering

Thesis Option

Students must take a total of 21 credits (7 courses) and submit a master's thesis. Students may select an option (micro systems, industrial automation and robotics, mechatronic systems and control,mechatronic design) and 4 of these courses should be from the selected option. The remaining 3 courses can be taken from other option courses or undergraduate courses with the approval of the advisor. Students should also register to graduate seminar course at least one semester before graduation.

Non Thesis Option
Students must take a total of 30 credits (10 courses). 2 of the courses are independent study courses that students work in close colloboration with a faculty about a research project. These projects encourage students to participate research projects, design and implementation of a subject depending on student's interests. Students may select an option (micro systems, industrial automation and robotics, mechatronic systems and control, mechatronic design) and take 5 courses from the selected option courses. The remaining 3 courses can be taken from other option courses or undergraduate courses with the approval of the advisor. Students should also register to semester project course at least one semester before graduation.
